Just like humans, animals can experience a variety of eye conditions that require specialised care. If your pet has an eye problem, your vet may refer them to our experienced and well-equipped ophthalmology team.

Based at Moreton Hall Veterinary Centre, our team carry out a wide range of procedures. Led by an advanced small animal ophthalmologist with almost 20 years of experience, the team has access to state-of-the-art specialist equipment, including a corneal cross-linking machine.

We offer advanced surgical & routine procedures including:

  • eyelid procedures such as lid shortening, cherry eye surgery and wedge resection
  • corneal procedures such as conjunctival graft and keratectomy
  • lacrimal procedures such as parotid duct transposition, lacrimal stent placement, and punctall enlargement
  • enucleation
  • Gonioscopy – to check for signs of glaucoma
  • Ocular Emergencies – In cases of eye trauma or sudden onset of eye symptoms, our clinic provides emergency care to address urgent eye issues promptly.
