Practice managers and support staff
Lynn moved to Stowe Veterinary Group in 1994 having previously worked in personnel, administration, sales, marketing and finance. Lynn’s roles expanded with the growth of the practice and, in 2005, she moved to the position of practice manager at Stowe Veterinary Centre.
Lynn has a passion for animals and, outside of work, she and her partner enjoy spending time with their families and their many pets, which include two working cockers, Winston and Ralph, and four rescue tortoises.
Denise is keen animal lover with a number of pets of her own. She is particularly interested in dogs and has Willow, a Jack Russell and Ralph, a rescue dachshund.
Her passion for delivering an excellent compassionate service to clients has been an inspiration to her teams and she looks forward to meeting new and existing clients at Ipswich.
Nicola started as a practice administrator at our Stowmarket centre. She progressed to assistant practice manager there and now leads the team at Moreton Hall Veterinary Centre.
As well as being passionate about pets, Nicola is an advocate for excellent client service and enjoys managing a caring, compassionate and professional team.
Stacie joined the small animal finance team at our Stowmarket centre in April 2014, having previous experience of accounts and customer services in the retail industry. Stacie is the first point of contact for any financial query, such as pet insurance payments and the pet savings scheme. Stacie enjoys the variety of her work, as she likes working with numbers and helping clients with their queries and has the added bonus of getting to meet lots of animals too! Stacie lives locally with her partner and their young son and between them have two cats and some farmyard hens.
Sue joined the practice in spring of 2016 and is based at our Stowmarket branch, working between the office, reception and the pet shop.Growing up locally on a mixed family farm, Sue was always surrounded by a variety of animals and birds, large and small, and has had an assortment of family pets too. Sue lives locally with her husband, children and black Labrador Ruby.
